Welcome!

I work as a Mindfulness teacher, Integrative Counsellor, Polarity Therapist and Wholefood caterer/tutor.  I offer classes, workshops and one-to-one sessions in and around my hometown of Totnes, as well as further afield in Devon, the UK and occasionally other countries. Widely travelled and with an interest in the diversity of human ideas and experience, I am eclectic in my approach, drawing on the insights of various schools of psychotherapy, the wisdom of the East as well as the contemporary findings of western science.

Holistic Yoga Retreats - Summer Immersive Retreat 2019

Led by Ollie Frame and renowned yoga teacher and teacher trainer Michelle Levi, our Summer Immersive retreat gives you six days to immerse yourself in a variety of practices enabling profound transformations to occur and allowing you to return home feeling refreshed and inspired. With an emphasis on foods and practices that support cleansing and renewal on all levels, the retreat will include Yoga, mindfulness, conscious cookery classes, pranayama, deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and fire ceremonies, as just some of the activities on offer...

This clinically proven course is a systematic exploration of how we relate to the experience of being alive, and is equally suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience of meditation and mindfulness. On our journey of the eight weekly sessions, we explore the use of different techniques and practices, and take part in fun and engaging activities that cultivate self awareness and the ability to respond more skilfully to life's challenges.
